"Absolutely endless cool stuff to choose from"
I went on made.com just looking for a chair, and I’m 100% convinced it’s impossible to leave without spotting at least five other things you want. They had so many different styles, and before I knew it I was checking out lamps, tables, everything. Super easy to get ideas and a dangerous place if you like nice home stuff.

"Great chair, quick fix from support"
When my chair showed up, I noticed one of the legs was cracked, which was definitely frustrating at first. I’m still happy with the chair overall and I’d order from them again.

I ordered a chair from made.com and, the whole process felt really straightforward. As someone who gets a bit impatient when I don’t know what’s going on with an order, I really appreciated the clear updates. I got emails when it was confirmed, when it was being packed, and when the delivery was booked. The delivery date did change once, but they let me know straight away, so it wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t have to chase anyone at all, which was a nice change. Really happy with how well they kept me in the loop.

"Comfortable After a Little Break-In Time"
At first the cushions felt a bit firm, but after using it for a while they started to soften up. Because of that, it’s gotten more comfortable over time. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a chair from MADE and it was really good quality. It feel sturdy, the fabric looks nice, and the finish was better than I was expecting. Delivery did took a little while, but the chair itself is great. I would definitely buy from them again.

"Nice pieces, but I’d expect a small gesture for the issues"
I bought a sideboard and a chair from made.com mainly because I really liked the design, and to be fair, they do look great in my flat. They’re simple without being boring, and the colours were close to what I saw online. The quality seems decent for the price too, the chair is comfortable and the sideboard has a lovely shape. That said, the drawers aren’t as smooth as I’d hoped, and the delivery took longer than expected. I’m generally happy with the items, but considering the delay and the drawer issue, I do feel some sort of small compensation or goodwill gesture would be fair. I’d probably buy again if I found the right piece, but I’d want the service to be a bit smoother next time.

I found what I was looking for quickly, and the filters worked well enough that I didn’t feel like I was digging around forever. Checkout was clear and hassle-free too. Maybe they’ve spent some time smoothing out the buying process, because it felt way less annoying than furniture shopping usually does online.

My order turned up with a few bits missing from the box, which was annoying at first and felt like an unnecessary hassle.
I got in touch with made.com and they replied really quickly, just asked for the part numbers, and sorted replacements without making it a big drama.
It took a few days for everything to arrive, but it’s all fine now. The item looks great and the support was decent, so I’m still happy to give 5 stars.

After a few months, one of the legs on my MADE sofa came loose, so I got in touch about the warranty. I thought it might turn into a hassle, but it was really straightforward. They replied quickly, asked me to send over a few photos, and had a replacement part sorted within the same week. The person I spoke to on chat was friendly and clear, which made me feel confident they were actually going to help. Really easy experience in the end, and I’d happily give them 5 stars

Not gonna lie, the prices were easy to understand, and I didn’t run into any weird extra charges at checkout. The delivery fee showed up before I paid, which I appreciated. I gave 4 stars because the discounts could be a little clearer, but overall it felt fair.

"Nice chair, but I expected a little more"
I bought a chair from made.com and, to be fair, it does look really nice in the room. It feels comfortable enough too, so I don’t want to make it sound like it’s a bad purchase. I just personally expected the quality to feel a bit more premium for the price. Delivery was fine and nothing went wrong, but if I’m being honest, I’m not sure I’d call it amazing value for money.
